Change the world

Management Practice

The continued viability of any organization depends on the way in which its managers direct and control its basic resources of people, space and buildings, raw material, money, plant and machinery. It is the competence of managers that determines the returns that organizations realize from their resources. Managers have to give the direction that channels activities in the organization from random to purposeful.
